Roles & Responsibility:
The Service Engineer should address & attend the walk-in customers, after diagnosing should provide adequate solution options to them & fill in the job sheet by mentioning the case issues. He / She should clear the units within the specified TAT.
Assess hardware / software malfunctions by means of diagnostic tools and customer input as mentioned in job-sheet
Disassemble and reassemble units to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables as per the manufacturer specifications/guidelines
Conducting quality test for the resolved units
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options
Handling customer escalations
