Serosoft Solutions - Content Strategist (5-6 yrs)

About the Role:

- As a Content Strategist at Serosoft, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice and crafting compelling content that drives engagement and business growth.

- Your expertise in storytelling and technical writing will help translate complex software concepts into clear, engaging, and impactful content for global audiences.

- From thought leadership articles to product marketing materials, your words will enhance our digital presence and position Serosoft as a leader in the education technology space.

- You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure our messaging aligns with business objectives and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research abilities for industry-related and trendy topics.

- Understanding of the usage of keywords in the content creation process.

- Produce well-researched, search-engine-optimized content for online publications and print on a requirement basis.

- Create and follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure the timely delivery of materials.

- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organizations mission to inspire ideas and content.

- Should be able to write creative marketing ad copies for FB, Instagram, Linkedin, and Google Ads.

- Should be able to develop content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, blogs, print banners, standees, etc.

- Proofread and edit content before publication.

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles in different design forms.

- Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.

- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).

- Use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement. Good hold on PPTs and Document editing

Education & Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or technical writing, preferably in the software product or IT industry.

- Proven experience in creating B2B SaaS content, technical documentation, product marketing materials, and thought leadership articles.

- Strong expertise in writing for digital platforms, including blogs, websites, case studies, whitepapers, and email campaigns.

Skills:

- An impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with little or no daily supervision.

- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to meet deadlines.

- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.

- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices while writing content and knowledge of the latest writing tools is a plus.

- Ability to write content with adherence to the organizations style guides and policies for publication.
