Senior User Interface Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (4-6 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior User Interface Designer with 4 to 6 years of professional experience in designing compelling and user-friendly interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user-centric methodologies, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for crafting visually stunning, intuitive, and responsive designs that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design Execution :

- Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with UX designers to translate user research insights into visually appealing interfaces.

- Develop scalable and consistent design systems, including typography, iconography, color palettes, and style guides.

- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Tools & Technologies :

- Utilize industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite for designing and prototyping.

- Create interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Axure, or Framer.

- Work with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and seamless handoff.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to define and implement innovative solutions.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide valuable design inputs during project planning.

- Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders through presentations and storytelling.

Testing & Iteration :

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.

- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the final product meets design specifications and usability standards.

- Stay updated on emerging UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes.

Quality Assurance :

- Ensure responsive design principles are applied for seamless functionality across devices and platforms.

- Identify and resolve UI/UX inconsistencies in collaboration with development teams.

Required Skills and Experience :

UI Design Expertise :

- Proficient in creating pixel-perfect, high-quality designs for web and mobile platforms.

- Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Design Tools :

- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other modern design tools.

Prototyping & Interaction Design :

- Experience in building interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder presentations.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong verbal and visual communication skills to articulate design decisions.

Knowledge of Front-End Basics :

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (no coding required but helpful for collaboration).

Accessibility Standards :

- Experience with inclusive design and familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines.

User-Centric Approach :

- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in motion graphics or micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Lottie.
