Job Description

Hands on experience technician with expertise in battery spot welding, PCB and SMD soldering, and battery pack testing & a strong understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Battery Spot Welding: Perform precise spot welding on battery cells and packs, ensuring high-quality welds and reliable electrical connections.
PCB and SMD Soldering: Solder components onto PCBs and perform SMD soldering with accuracy, adhering to industry standards and quality requirements.
Battery Pack Testing: Conduct thorough testing of battery packs, including performance, safety, and reliability tests.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with welding equipment, soldering tools, and testing apparatus. Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to provide technical support and insights. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and products.
