Dash Tech - Senior Software Engineer - PHP Framework (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications using modern frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices (SOLID principles, design patterns).

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with front-end applications and third-party services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI designers, QA engineers, product managers) to ensure project success.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in PHP applications.

- Stay abreast of the latest PHP technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development.

- Strong proficiency in PHP and one or more popular PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
