Responsibilities :
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch
- Conduct user research and identify customer needs
- Develop product roadmaps and define product vision
- Create product specifications and user stories using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Work with engineers to design and build products, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and architectural constraints
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Track product performance using data analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and iterate based on data and user feedback
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to go to market and drive product adoption
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the recruitment space (e.g, AI/ML, automation, candidate experience)
Qualifications :
- 6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS or HR tech domain
- Proven track record of shipping successful products with measurable impact on key business metrics (e.g, user growth, engagement, revenue)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate product strategy and vision to cross-functional teams
- A data-driven approach to product development with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is a plus
- Technical proficiency with basic SQL and familiarity with APIs is a plus
