Senior Modeler and Checker Tekla/SDS/2

Position: Sr. Modeler / Checkers - TEKLA /sds/2

Experience: 3 to 9 years

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working Experience in US-Detailing industry (Tekla)
• Must be a Civil / Mechanical Engineer (Dipl. / Degree).
• Experience in AISC, AWS & OSHA standards. (Candidate working on these Standards in his current role is preferable)
• Knowledge of industry standards such as AISC, AWS, ACI, ASTM, CRSI & CSA
• Create structural & miscellaneous models.
• Reviews contract documents to learn the project scope of work and requirements.
• Interpret contract documents and incorporate approval comments, design changes.
• RFI Preparation
• Software Tool Knowledge (SDS/2, TEKLA, REBAR)
• Less Internal/External Modelling Errors (BFA, Shop & Field calls)
• Exposure on Types of Projects (Bridges, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Commercial, Processing Plan, Etc.)
• QMS Process
• Appropriate Documentation.
