Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Tally
- Reviewing All entries.
- Resolving queries related to Audit & Accounts if any
- Checking All SOA are tallied as per SOA & Tally
2.Banking
- Getting NOC- CF & other loans
- Resolving Queries related to Account openings
- Addressing Fund transfer issues
3.Project Finance
- Processing Financial Proposals
- Meeting bankers & FI for CF Requirements
- Documentation
- Conducting Legal Technical
- Sanctioning of the Loan & Disbursement
- Pre Disbursement Compliance
- Post Disbursement of Compliances
- Account opening as per RERA & Banking norms
- Maintaining ESCROW & SI of the project
- Closing & Repayments of the loans
- Monthly /Quarterly/Yearly compliances of the ongoing & New Loans
- Maintaining insurance of the loans
- Coordinating with Inter-departments for Loan Requirements.
4.APF
- Resolving APF Legal & Technical Queries
- Getting APF Number
- Resolving Disbursement issues related to APF
- Taking Care of CRM- Concerns related to APF & Payouts
5.MIS
- Reviewing Weekly debt profile
- Reviewing Updating of New Loans entries in Tally & Debt profile.
- Updating Monthly Cost Incurred Data
- Calculating Quarterly Interest Calculation
- Timely repayment of Loans
- Preparing Reports on Requirements
6.Salary TDS
- Reviewing TDS Calculations done by team
7.Other
- Developing Systems & Process for Finance Department
- Training & Developing Finance Team
