Executive / Sr.Executive - Synthesis R&D

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop novel organic synthesis routes through literature search, patent analysis, and technical discussions with team members.
  
• Execute experimental work on new projects, including planning, execution, and optimization of reactions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  
• Conduct analytical testing and characterization of products using various techniques such as NMR, IR, GC-MS etc.
  
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and data analysis.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry from a recognized university.
  
• Strong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
