Senior Designer - Women's Wear

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide design leadership for women's wear collections.
• Responsible for handling brands like ZARA, H&M AND MANGO.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and market demands.
• Conceptualize and develop cohesive seasonal collections.
• Conduct research on fabrics, trims, colors, and silhouettes.
• Create sketches and technical drawings for designs.
• Select suitable materials and accessories for garments.
• Oversee fittings and prototype adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality control of samples and production garments.
• Analyze market trends and consumer feedback.
• Deliver compelling design presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior designers.

KEY REQUIREMENT

• Experience with international brands necessary to cater to our global customer base
• Must have a prior experience in working with a export house.
