We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and wireframing skills to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver functional and technical solutions for B2C, B2B, and enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will also stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and help bridge the gap between business and technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand the project objectives by reviewing initial requirements and client goals.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions directly with clients.

- Identify and prepare detailed use cases, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.

- Create functional wireframes and clickable prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure, or Omnigraffle.

- Develop immersive visualizations to demonstrate project workflows and solutions.

- Prepare detailed Requirement Specification Documents and flow diagrams.

- Evaluate and prioritize requirements to prepare clear project deliverables.

- Recommend enhancements to solutions for added value based on project evaluations.

- Act as a bridge between technical, functional, and business development teams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

- Analyze and identify suitable third-party services or solutions when required.

- Address technical gaps and conduct small technical R&D tasks when needed.

- Understand and translate technical requirements into actionable tasks.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends, and off-the-shelf solutions to provide relevant recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and derive actionable insights.

- Proficiency in wireframing tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure, or Omnigraffle.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions.

- Basic understanding of various industries and business models.

- Ability to analyze and evaluate third-party solutions.

- Familiarity with technical requirements, APIs, and basic technical documentation.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

- A collaborative and proactive approach to working in teams.

- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
