Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and drive the promotion and sales of our solar inverter products. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, a solid understanding of solar energy solutions, and the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our products to both business and consumer markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Development and Strategy:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the solar inverter market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including businesses, contractors, and distributors.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, explaining the benefits and technical features of solar inverters.
Develop tailored sales proposals and quotations based on customer needs.
Manage and expand the customer base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2.Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for solar inverters across multiple platforms (digital, print, social media, events).
Create compelling content, including product brochures, case studies, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online presence, including website and social media channels.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics.
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to raise product visibility and generate leads.
3.Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
Qualify prospects and follow up on sales inquiries to ensure conversion.
Implement and manage effective lead nurturing campaigns.
4.Product Knowledge and Technical Support:
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the solar energy industry, specifically solar inverters.
Provide technical support to customers and prospects to help them understand product specifications, benefits, and installation requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to address any product-related issues or customer concerns.
5.Reporting and Analysis:
Track sales progress and customer engagement through CRM software, providing regular reports to the sales manager.
Analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Set and meet sales targets, working towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives.
6.Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, customer service, and product management.
Participate in internal meetings and provide feedback on product development and customer requirements.
