1. Generating business for the company out of leads provided/generated and achieve your monthly/quarterly targets (carries high degree of importance)
2. Lead / Data calling customer to closing deals.
3. Evaluating needs, requirements individual customer.
4. Conducting site visits with customers.
5. Maintaining clients and prospects data as per companys requirement.
6. Meeting with the clients and explaining the details of projects/venture.
7. Post Sales services to all the booked clients.
8.Maintaining relationship with developers, bankers and other related parties
