Job Description

What Youll Do:
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and all tasks related to Microsoft 365.
- System Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. This includes software installation, antivirus setup, and laptop troubleshooting.
- Asset Management: Keep detailed records of all IT assets, manage lifecycle tracking, and ensure accurate inventory. User Support: Provide daily technical support to internal teams, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
- Data Backup & Security: Implement data backup procedures and maintain robust security measures to protect critical data.
- \u200b Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate IT documentation, including policies, configurations, and procedural guides to support compliance and internal audits.
RequirementsWhat Youll Bring:
- Experience: 2-4 years as an IT Administrator or similar role in system and network management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including troubleshooting and laptop formatting.
- Asset Management: Experience in asset tracking, record-keeping, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively support internal users.
- Work Setting: Ability to work full-time from our Hyderabad office, with potential flexibility as needed.
- Experience: 2-4 years as an IT Administrator or similar role in system and network management.
