Job Overview:
As a Manual Tester at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our website development projects through comprehensive manual testing. You will work closely with developers and other team members to identify bugs, perform functional and non-functional tests, and ensure that our products meet client requirements and business objectives. This is a remote position, so you should be comfortable working independently and managing your own time effectively.
Requirements:
More than 3 years of manual testing experience in a web development environment.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
Experience in testing multiple projects both small and large. We prefer to have someone with experience like Websites, Web portals, etc.
Proficient in writing and executing detailed test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
Solid experience in functional, regression, and UAT testing for web applications.
Hands-on experience using bug tracking tools like JIRA and test management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality, user-friendly web applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document test cases, report bugs, and collaborate with the team.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus to help understand and test front-end behavior.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate potential issues and test scenarios early in the development lifecycle.
Handled clients from overseas especially US, UK, Middle-east etc.
A person who is open to step up as a team lead and open to train candidates.
