- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software.
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications.
- Keen attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina and resilience to handle the demands of the role.
