Job Responsibilities:
- Define/redefine BU structures to keep them nimbler, agile & customer centric.
- Focus on providing faster outcomes to enhance the overall people experience.
- Understand the overall pulse of the business through various people connects.
- And proactively identify the focus areas and plan action for the same.
- Design and dene a robust succession plan framework, ensuring minimum impact to business continuity on account of arition or career movement of key resources.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in panership with the BU HR Leadership to design, develop and implement solutions, programs and policies.
- Be the trusted People advisor to the Business and provide HR guidance and thought leadership.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Design and implement innovative performance management processes to nuure a Performance based culture.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR.
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- So we might look for an MBA in Human Resources with relevant experience of 7-10 years.
- Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate with all parties involved.
- Should have great interpersonal communication skills to assist the team in opening up and sharing any difficulties that may arise.
- To reach business goals, you must be able to manage people and operate as part of a team.
