Implementation Engineer / Business Analyst

SD WOT is looking for Implementation Engineer / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Conducting a needs analysis to understand the requirements and goals. Designing and developing systems to meet these requirements, using software or hardware tools as needed. Testing and validating new systems to ensure that they are functioning properly and meeting the organization's needs. Collaborating with other IT professionals, such as developers, network engineers, and database administrators, to ensure that new systems integrate smoothly with existing systems. Developing implementation plans and timelines, and coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that implementation is completed on schedule. Training end-users on how to use new systems, and providing ongoing support to ensure that the systems are functioning properly. Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support as needed. Strong understanding of software development, project management, and system implementation processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals and stakeholders.
