Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies (3-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and values.

- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication within the team.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Ensure timely and efficient execution of Scrum ceremonies.

- Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to address and remove obstacles.

- Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized Product Backlog.

- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide feedback and coaching to help team members grow and develop.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and management.

- Manage expectations and ensure transparency.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.

Qualifications :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- CSM or PSM certification.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to build strong relationships and influence others -
