Scrum Master

• Champion and reinforce Agile principles in the Scrum framework by Guiding and coaching the Scrum team on Agile principles and practices.
• Promote a safe environment for team members to express ideas, ask questions, and voice concerns constructively by shielding the team from external interferences and distractions.
• Foster continuous improvement by guiding the team to self-reflect, identify opportunities, be open and transparent about failure, and improve through experimentation.
• Capture metrics and team health data to improve forecasts and help the team maintain a sustainable pace.
• Provide the right amount of support with the goal of leading the team to learn and maintain healthy Agile habits and become self-managing.• Remove impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint and release goals (internal and external to the team)
• Support organizational objectives and participate in new process.
• Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that are identified, mitigated, or escalated as necessary.
• Responsible for Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).•
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align priorities.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
