What will be your role?
As the CX SuperApps Solution Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our messaging solutions (whatsapp for business, line or viber) on the cPaaS platform. Your expertise in messaging solutions will help you understand customer requirements, collaborate with our Mobile Architect to design robust application architecture and implement best practices.
Your strong leadership and communication skills will empower you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and drive the timely delivery of high-quality mobile solutions. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing our companys mobile capabilities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What ll make you the perfect candidate?
  1. Qualification : Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or related.
  2. Experience: Overall experience of 8-10 years with strong experience as a Technical Delivery Manager/ Tech Lead for cPaaS platform for messaging channel (must) - whatsapp for business, line and viber etc and email.
  3. Strong expertise on whatsapp business APIs and communication APIs.
  4. Strong expertise in leading the integration topics with Salesforce.
  5. Strong knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity concepts.
  6. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, effectively conveying technical concepts and project updates.
  7. Technical Leadership: Ability to lead and manage technical teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, changing project requirements, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Fluent English speaker : Capacity to work in a global environment.
