Job Title : Senior SQL Developer.

Job Summary :

The Senior SQL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support various business applications. The developer will collaborate with Client's to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

They will work with the technical team to ensure the solutions align with best practices, standards, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support various business applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

- Work with the technical team to ensure the solutions align with best practices, standards, and security protocols.

- Develop and maintain database objects such as tables, views, indexes, and constraints.

- Optimize database performance by tuning queries and improving indexing strategies.

- Troubleshoot issues with SQL queries and stored procedures and work with the technical team to resolve them.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to database schema, design, and implementation.

- Provide guidance and support to other team members on SQL development best practices and use.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SQL development and recommend new solutions as appropriate.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in developing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

- Strong understanding of SQL development best practices and use.

- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.

- Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.

- Microsoft certification in SQL development is preferred.
