Responsibilities:

• organization of Department of Methodology functioning
• participation in the recruitment of the team
• creation and maintenance of internal regulatory documents (IRD) of the Indian Branch in up-to-date condition in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of India, circulars of the Reserve Bank of India, instructions of the management of the Indian Branch (banking rules, procedures, regulations, instructions, technical cards, memos, etc.)
• development of new IRD of the Indian Branch (including independently), including description of: business process technology, interaction between the Bank's divisions and divisions of the Indian Branch
• expert assessment of existing and new Indian Branch IRDs for compliance with the Bank's Group Policies
• updating of existing documents (audit)
• methodological assistance to all divisions of the Branch in India and the HO in Russia within their competences
• participation in testing of automated business processes of the Branch in India within the scope of their functionality
• participation in setting tasks for the formation of technical specifications for automation (participation in the part of methodological support)
• keeping track of changes in Indian legislation

Requirements:

• at least 10 years of work experience in a similar role in banks
• knowledge of the Bank's processes
• ability to work with legislative acts
• basic knowledge of risk management principles (credit, market, operational risks)
• knowledge of regulatory framework of RBI, readiness to improve in regulatory compliance
• good searching skills - skills to retrieve information from extensive knowledge and regulatory base operationally
• competent oral/written communication
• ability to meet strict deadlines
• stress resistance
• higher education (state diploma)
