Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading high performing sales teams.
- Team Management: Experience managing large teams (100+ employees) and a demonstrated ability to motivate and coach individuals.
- Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales operations, strategy, and performance management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and metrics.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining a positive team culture.
- Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market analysis, and competitor intelligence.
- Experience with sales enablement, training, and development programs.
