ValGenesis - Associate Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy (1-3 yrs)

Job Description :

The Associate Product Manager will work closely with our technical product management and engineering teams to help guide the development of our next-generation [product/service].

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional products.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements.

- Serve as a key link between the technical team and other business units, simplifying and articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.

- Coordinate efforts across different teams, managing dependencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Identify potential technical risks and work with senior TPM and engineering teams to mitigate them.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in product management, software development, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and React.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
