Job Profile: The Headmistress assists the principal in administrative duties, managing daily operations, overseeing disciplinary matters, and sometimes coordinating academic programs. They may take on specific roles such as curriculum development, teacher support, or student welfare.

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Masters degree in any discipline, B.Ed. Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field with fluency in English.
• Significant experience in teaching and school management.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in educational administration, with a strong background in teaching and leadership.

• Proven success in leading school improvement initiatives and raising academic standards.
• In-depth knowledge of curriculum development, assessment methods, and current educational practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operation of the school, ensuring that educational standards and student outcomes are consistently high.
• Develop and implement the schools vision, mission, and strategic goals in collaboration with staff, students, and the community.
• Oversee academic programs, extracurricular activities, and student services to support holistic development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes respect, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Supervise and support staff, providing professional development and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the effective management of school resources, including budget oversight, facilities, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and the school community, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
• Implement and enforce school policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Represent the school at district and community meetings, fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders.
