Data Analyst / Business Analyst

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data manipulation and data visualization techniques.

- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions.

- Experience with data visualization tool - Power BI.

- Knowledge in using programming languages such as SQL, Python,  or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

The Data Analyst at Sansera Engineering will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive business impact and strategic decision-making. The primary responsibilities of the role include:

1. Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve business operations and performance.

2. Developing and maintaining data collection and reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions.

4. Designing and creating data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

5. Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
