Performance Marketing Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook, Instagram) & Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to enhance ad performance.
• Research and implement keyword strategies, audience targeting, and bid optimizations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing ad creatives, including banners, videos, and carousels.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager to track and measure campaign success.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing to refine strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience in graphic designing using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and optimization strategies.
• Ability to craft compelling ad copies and creatives that convert.
• Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or furniture/home decor industry.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing for ad relevance.
• Familiarity with video ad creation tools.
