We are seeking a dynamic and innovative content developer for an automobile company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering high-quality content that supports the sales, process, and product training needs of the organization.
This role will require creativity, collaboration, and strong project management skills.
Job Responsibilities.
Liaise and coordinate with clients to understand their training requirements.
Consult, if required.
Schedule and be a part of a brainstorming session to formulate a storyline/blueprint for the particular module.
Undertake research work (internet, books, existing modules).
Develop of the product/process/soft skills training module that may include Program.
Design, PPTs, Trainer Guide/Notes & Handouts.
Coordinating with Graphic team for development of creative the above-mentioned collaterals.
Presenting the first and subsequent cuts to the client, taking feedback, implementing the same, and finalizing the module.
Conducting a Train-The-Trainer session for booting up the trainers on the content.
Incorporating feedback, if any, received while the pilot program is done.
Job Requirements.
Graduate or B.E.
in Automobiles/Mechanical or similar.
Fresher with relevant educational background can be considered.
Good Command over Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ability to put thought on to paper with clarity.
Good technical knowledge of the automotive industry and the products.
Well versed with online search engines (Google, AutoCar, Wikipedia, etc).
Excellent communication skills in English [spoken & written} and Hindi.
Analytical bend of mind (must be able to analyze training requirements logically and provide solution that is practical & easy to develop & implement).
Creative (must be able to convert mundane tasks into exciting activity-based tasks).
Eye for detail (must be able to update existing content flawlessly, alignment, aesthetics, new data, etc).
