In this role, you will:
Leverage Tableau, Salesforce dashboards, and other business intelligence tools to deliver actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable BI solutions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key business challenges through data analysis and dashboard development.
Support data strategy initiatives by integrating and optimizing data from multiple sources for a unified view of performance metrics.
Contribute to the development of predictive models and analytics, such as sales performance dashboards and pipeline forecasting tools, to improve operational efficiency.
Mentor junior analysts and share best practices in BI development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Minimum requirements for the role:
8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in designing and managing Tableau dashboards and Salesforce Analytics tools.
Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and dashboard development.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
A collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally to solve complex business problems.
A bachelor s degree in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
An ideal candidate also has:
Advanced Tableau Skills: Experience with Tableau Prep or Tableau Server for more advanced data preparation, automation, and dashboard management.
Salesforce Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structures, reporting, and integration with BI tools.
ETL Experience: Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools and processes for building and managing data pipelines.
Programming Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in the technology or SaaS industries, with a focus on sales or marketing analytics.
