The individual will be responsible for managing 3rd party access/voice inventory and performing invoice validation at a regional level to ensure complete and accurate commercial inventory for one or more legal entities (GFR).
Duties include creating, updating, modifying, or ceasing inventory records as per client ordering system in STARS and the local inventory database. Perform monthly reconciliations between the ordering system and supplier inventory & invoice records to ensure inventory is up to date and accurate. Provide support to the procurement and global access teams in the end-to-end renewal process
