Odoo Developer - Python/Javascript (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Customize and develop Odoo modules based on client requirements.

- Implement new features and functionalities in Odoo applications.

- Integrate third-party systems and applications with Odoo.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug Odoo applications to resolve issues.

- Optimize Odoo applications for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.

- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, updates, and trends.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.

- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.

Requirements :

- Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3 to 4 years of experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.

- Proficiency in Python programming language.

- Strong understanding of the Odoo framework and its core modules.

- Experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules.

- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.

- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Certification in Odoo development (optional, but preferred).
