Product Owner Consultant/Senior Consultant - IT (12-17 yrs)

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelos or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.

- Hands on experience in delivering banking solutions from concept to production with deep understanding of Core Banking Solution especially in deposits, Cash Pooling, Asset product retail Loans, Corporate, Liability products CASA, TD, Payment concept like Swift, SEPA Area (Direct Debits, Credit Transfer, Request to Pay) in global organizations.

- Senior industry experience in design, development, operations and managing functional perspectives of solutions. Preferred

Qualifications:

- Visualize e2e use case and landscape - define scope, interactions/integrations of different services.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders - Product Management team, assertiveness, arbitrations.

- Functional Acumen -Banking (Core Banking & Deposits)

- Exposure on Microservices based architecture, understand and define non-functional requirements; experience with new product development based on distributed architecture.

- Hands-on with Open API Specification, ability to define APIs.

- Agile organization exposure, working with team in clarifying user needs and prioritizing and planning of scope.

- Good understanding of building Product Roadmaps, Release Plans etc.

- Contributing to defining product roadmap and supporting end to end delivery of the product releases & communication with different stakeholders.

- Build software products for banking and financing institutions with R&D teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility.

- Enable, empower, and encourage teams for continuous improvement of functional and domain understanding.

- Challenging and supporting people and engineering practices to improve the quality of product.

- Supporting governance of product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions.

- Act as a mentor to team and reinforce organizational values and culture.
