Role & responsibilities

1. A good team handling and planning of market activity.
2. Responsible for achieving monthly sales target.
3. Maintaining cordial relationship with the traders, dealers and distributors.
4. Grow secondary sales by personally doing retailing, range selling and visible placement in General Trade, with a high number of total calls per day and very high % of productive calls daily.
5. Carefully use POP material, undertake merchandising, sampling and localised advertising etc.
6. Monitor and report competition actively.
