About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our Commercial Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Visits:
- Conduct regular client visits and provide daily reports to superiors.
-Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify potential clients through market research and execute an actionable plan to engage them.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targets.
- Generate steady revenue from assigned and self-generated customers.
- Accurately forecast revenue and update sales visits in internal systems (CRM or prescribed formats).
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide timely market updates, trends, and insights to assist in strategic planning.
- Report on market activities, client feedback, and competitor analysis to superiors.
Internal and External Collaboration:
- Communicate and coordinate with network partners (e. , WCA/GAL) to address their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Documentation and Communication:
- Independently manage communication with clients, including drafting emails, proposals, and updates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
Skills and Competencies:
- Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and execute targeted sales plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Negotiation: Skilled in closing deals and negotiating terms that benefit both the company and the client.
