Manager - Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the organisational sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to effectively promote and sell company products and services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Preferred Candidate profile:
- Proven track record of success in sales management.
- Prior experience in closing large deals.
- CXO engagement experience.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proven experience in new client acquisition.
