Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering
client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with potential
customers, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions from our
portfolio of properties. You will be the face of our company and a key contributor to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to identify
and engage potential customers.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads effectively.
2. Customer Interaction:
Establish rapport with clients by understanding their needs and requirements.
Conduct detailed discussions with clients to ascertain their preferences
regarding location, budget, property type, and other critical factors.
Schedule and conduct property viewings, ensuring clients have a comprehensive
understanding of the properties.
Prepare and present detailed information about various projects that match
client requirements, including features, pricing, and benefits.
3. Negotiation and Closing:
Assist clients with the negotiation process, ensuring both client satisfaction and
company profitability.
Close deals effectively by guiding clients through the paperwork and formalities.
4. Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitive offerings to
provide clients with informed advice.
Share insights with the sales team to help refine strategies.
5. Post-Sale Follow-up:
Ensure a smooth transition for clients post-sale by coordinating with relevant
departments.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for potential future referrals and
repeat business.
6. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and other sales team members to align strategies
and share leads.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product
knowledge and sales techniques.
7. Reporting:
Regularly update management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market
feedback.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is a plus.
