About the Role: As a Sales Product Enablement Partner, you will play a critical role in equipping our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, creating sales collateral, and providing ongoing support to the team. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and impactful training programs on Netcore Cloud products, features, and best practices, with a focus on sales applications and value propositions. (Mandatory experience in sales or presales required) Create high-quality sales collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, and battle cards, tailored to the needs of the sales team. Stay up-to-date on the latest product updates and industry trends, and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for the sales team. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support. Analyze training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to programs and resources. Identify and address skill gaps within the sales team and develop strategies to bridge them. Champion the voice of the sales team by providing feedback and suggestions to product development. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of combined experience in sales or presales roles, with a proven track record of success in a B2B environment. Proven experience in developing and delivering engaging training programs. Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and B2B marketing strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for learning and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in marketing technology. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
