Role & responsibilities
Promote and sell Fareportal products and services to both individuals and businesses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and performance.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum of 1 year of experience in International sales and BPO (preferably in the travel, tourism, or customer service industry).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to build relationships and close sales.
Good understanding of sales processes and strategies.
