Job Description
Designation : Project Lead
Job Description :
1. Define and lead a bunch of performance testing team
2. Responsible and accountable for end-to-end application performance tuning and optimization for work/products, ensuring quality code is released into production.
3. Experience in developing Test documentation including Performance Test Strategy, Plan, Efforts estimates, test cases detailed design document and Performance Test Reports.
4. Identify bottlenecks and ensure that we are meeting/exceeding key performance metrics
5. Must have hands on wokring experience in Tricentis NeoLoad, Jmeter, OctoPerf and Load Runner
6. Must have hands on exeperience with monitoring tool like New Relic, App Dynamics, Azure
7. Proficient in System Monitoring (CPU, Memory, I/O, and Network Utilization) Hands-on experience with Tomcat/Apache, Web Services, Database
8. Ability to create a dashboard to reflect the daily status of test runs
9. Integrate performance suite with CI/CD pipelines
10. Analyze performance test results and make recommendations based on those results
