As the QA Analyst, Site Merchandising, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to pre- production and post-production validation of our promotional offerings.
In this position, you will: Audit coupons and promotions across web, mobile and app, testing all customer use cases, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness. Set up and audit site refreshes across various landing pages Audit website properties and navigation, maintaining high levels of accuracy Develop and present key sales and competitor reports across multiple business categories.
You will be instrumental in validating new features, functionalities, and enhancements within the promotional landscape for Saks.
Key Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in .com operations, with a keen eye for detail Must be self-motivated and operate with a strong sense of urgency Must possess analytical skills; ability to solve problems & good communication skills Organized & must possess excellent follow-up skills A team player who works well with cross-functional global teams Ability to multitask & flexibility to work on tight deadlines

Content Set-Up & Site QA
Set-up and QA homepage, curated pages, landing pages and other site content e.g. banners, tout and Ingrid images Execute site and search QA to ensure accuracy and hygiene QA emailers, in keeping with the marketing calendar Maintain efficient trackers and workflows to record callouts and follow-ups
Reporting & Analysis
Extract and analyze data, publishing periodic reports on sales, inventory performance, campaign performance etc Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, conversion rates using SEO tools
