Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Developer with 9+ years of professional experience, specializing in Flutter and Android development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Android frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new
  features.
• Architect and implement complex mobile applications with a focus on
  performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of key features and modules.
• Optimize application code for efficiency, speed, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings.

Requirements:-

• Bachelors degree in engineering/ masters degree preferred.
• Extensive experience with Flutter framework for building cross platform mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Android development using Kotlin or Java.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration with backend services.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architectural patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable mobile applications on time and within budget.
