Job Title: Safety Officer (Thermal Power Project Site)

Job Location: Udangudi (Tirunelveli), Kudankulam (Kanyakumari), Ennore / Kattupalli (Chennai), Tamil Nadu / Project Sites in North India Angul (Odisha), Patratu (Jharkhand), Jawaharpur, (Etah, Uttar Pradesh)

No. of Positions: 6 for the locations Kattupalli (Ennore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu), Patratu (Jharkhand) and Udangudi (Tirunelveli, South Tamilnadu), Kudankulam (KKNPP, Kanyakumari, Tamilnadu)

Educational Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Professional Qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety, NEBOSH Certificate will be an Advantage

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years of Experience.

Desired Candidate Profile: Male Candidates – Preferably, who has worked with labour head count of at least 500 workers mostly contractual labour, from North India. Should have good leadership skills.

Salary: Gross Salary of up to 5.0 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Conducting tool box talk,
• EHS training
• Observing site safety condition (unsafe act, condition, near miss)
• Conducting mock drill,
• Monthly inspections of all vehicle and electrical Equipment.
• Maintaining all HSE documents and files.
• Client handling.
• Safety walk through
• Audit walk through
• Improving site safety performance and also improve positive EHS culture.
• Conducting and organizing safety programs /motivational programs
