As a Global Talent Partner you will provide thorough partnership to the business throughout the talent lifecycle while managing the talent acquisition process and relationships with prospective talent. Key to this position is experience directly sourcing and recruiting candidates, as well as using data to steer guidance with the business. You will be a skilled interviewer that harnesses these skills all the way through to the employee exit process. Your time will be spent covering primarily APAC and EMEA business needs but will expand to other global locations dependent upon business needs.
How you will make a difference:
Manage an end-to-end Talent Acquisition (TA) lifecycle, ensuring exceptional talent
Devise and execute sourcing strategies to find qualified talent for challenging, highly specialized and/or high-volume positions
Serve as a partner to the business by understanding their function and the competencies of their team members that will drive success
Optimize data and metrics to educate business managers, influence decisions, meet hiring targets and evolve talent acquisition and retention strategy
Research and stay current on recruitment and HR trends and technologies, talent market changes and industry directions, using this knowledge to educate the business and inform sourcing techniques and initiatives
Collaborate with global Talent team members with a focus on sharing ideas that continually improve processes and deliver on objectives
What will give you an advantage:
Solid full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house/corporate recruitment, staffing agency or combined)
Global or regional (APAC, EMEA) recruiting experience as a strong preference
Proven background developing credible partnerships with the ability to manage expectations as needed
Confident knowledge and usage of social media and other advertising platforms for sourcing candidates
Effective communication skills, with the ability to probe and negotiate as appropriate
