Job Description: Sales Head


Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and manage the sales operations across our 7 studios. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fitness, salon, or services industry, with the ability to drive sales growth, secure corporate tie-ups, and achieve ambitious targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who is ready to take ownership of the sales function and contribute to the overall success of our company.


Responsibilities:


1. Sales Management:

Oversee and manage the sales activities across 7 studios, ensuring consistent performance and achievement of sales targets.

2. Corporate Tie-ups:

Identify and establish partnerships with corporate clients to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

3. Target Achievement:

Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets in line with company goals. Develop strategies to maximize sales potential and revenue.

4. Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.

5. Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

6. Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

7. Reporting:

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

8. Ownership:

Take full responsibility for the sales function, from strategy development to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the fitness, salon, or services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales function.
  • Experience in corporate tie-ups and partnerships is highly desirable.
  • 8 to 10 years Experience in sales
