Qa Engineer

collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ETL requirements and create test cases accordingly.
Perform end-to-end testing of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Execute and monitor ETL test cases, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Develop and maintain test data sets to support ETL testing activities.
Create and maintain ETL testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports.
Work with stakeholders to understand healthcare data requirements and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Provide input on process improvements and automation opportunities within the ETL testing framework.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ETL testing and healthcare data management.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4 to 12 years of experience in ETL testing with a focus on data warehouse environments.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare domain data, including HL7, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards.
Proficiency in using ETL testing tools such as Informatica, IBM DataStage, or Talend.
Experience with data validation, data profiling, and data quality analysis techniques.
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and data integration processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot ETL process issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Relevant certifications in ETL testing and healthcare data management are a plus.
