We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and optimize custom solutions in Salesforce, focusing on Renewal Records, Account, and Order management functionalities. The role involves creating custom fields, automation, and integration logic to meet business needs while ensuring scalability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Custom Object Enhancements:
- Create fields such as Boolean, Number, Text Long, Lookup, Picklist, and Auto-Number on the Renewal Record object.
- Establish relationships and automate data population between Renewal Records, Contracts, Quotes, and Opportunities.
- Automation and Logic Implementation:
- Design and implement Salesforce Flows and formulas to automate data handlings, such as pre-population, roll-ups, and calculated fields (e.g., Forecast Amount, ACV).
- UI Components:
- Configure Lightning components like Path for Renewal Record progress tracking.
- Integration and Reporting:
- Manage NetSuite integration for the Original Order field.
- Build related lists and views for Contracts, Subscriptions, and Assets based on criteria.
- Custom Settings and Advanced Configuration:
- Develop configurable settings like COLA Percentage and Replacement Part Mapping for dynamic system behavior.
- Compliance and Testing:
- Perform thorough testing in sandbox environments to ensure functionality aligns with business rules and user permissions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficient in Salesforce Flows, Lightning Components, Apex, and SOQL.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite integration, and custom settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex automation scenarios.
Must be able to attend meetings
