Job Description

Purpose: The role of the Market Research Team will be an extension to the current data practices process and will function independently with the job role & function defined for the role and job function.

Executive s Job duties and responsibilities:

Install and configure software and hardware

Manage network servers and technology tools

Set up accounts and workstations

Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

Troubleshoot issues and outages

Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls

Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Works with vendors to assist support activities.

Establishes, maintains, and manages users accounts. Installs, modifies, and maintains systems and utility software on server computer systems. Provides server support related to other software.

Manages the data center and computer host systems including hardware, software, and equipment such as air-conditioning system, UPS (uninterrupted power system) and fire protection system

look s after the admin part according to their shift timing and availability (Coordinating with different vendors , Building facility, AC Vendors, Electrical maintenance work and service, UPS Maintenance etc.)

In addition to this there could be additional responsibilities assigned as per requirements.
