Assistant Manager - RTTS

Role & responsibilities

• Proven working experience as RTTS (From TV, Home Appliances)
• Coordinate with customers, Field service engineers, ASCs' and internal team for timely resolution of customer complaints & Technical guidance.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency in technical services.
• Provide technical support to Field Engineers, ASCs' on Home appliances, consumer durables, and consumer electronics products.
• Responsible for building Authorized Service Centre ( ASC ) network and Trade Management
• Responsible for driving Services with Process Compliance and ensure organizations processes and policies are adhered by ASC
• Expand the service network to improve service reach and market share.
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
• Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in after sales service (customer service).
• Strong knowledge of home appliances, consumer durables, and consumer electronics products.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with ASCs' and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in technical services operations.
