Rubix Cloud Technologies - Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop custom extracts to retrieve data from Oracle HCM Cloud modules using APIs and web services.

- Design and implement efficient data extraction processes to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop custom integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.

- Create custom reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher and other reporting tools.

- Customize Oracle HCM Cloud workflows, forms, and pages to meet specific business needs.

- Develop custom integrations with third-party applications.

- Participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Configure core HR, payroll, talent management, ORC, learning, and compensation modules.

- Implement data migration strategies and execute data migration processes.

- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing.

- Implement and maintain Oracle Cloud SaaS security best practices.

- Configure security roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure data privacy and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, modules, and functionalities.

- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud technical tools, including HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI.

- Experience with data migration and integration techniques.

- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for database queries and scripting.

- Experience with API development and web services.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
